v1.0	Identity and access	Added the disableResilienceDefaults property to the conditionalAccessSessionControls resource. Setting this property determines whether to block authentications during an outage whenever a policy condition can’t be evaluated in real-time, or allow policies to be evaluated using session information collected prior to an outage.
