v1.0	Identity and access	Added the Organizational Branding Administrator Microsoft Entra role to the read and write operations of organizationalBranding. Where only the Global Administrator was previously authorized to manage tenant branding, you can now use the lesser privileged Organizational Branding Administrator role instead.
