Power Apps – Header and navigation refresh [MC1147991]

We are announcing a refresh to the header and navigation of model-driven apps in Power Apps. This feature will reach general availability on October 1, 2025.

How does this affect me?
This refresh improves the usability of model-driven apps with the following features:

• Modern app header — This new header simplifies the layout with improved spacing and modernized icons.
• Streamlined sitemap — This new sitemap has an improved structure, which removes clutter and improves readability.
• Condensed page headers — These new headers for the form and grid pages now take up less vertical space, allowing for more data to be displayed.

This update will be automatically applied to all apps generated by the Plan designer. To apply this update to an existing app, please use the following steps:

1. From the app designer, select Settings from the command bar.
2. Select Features, then locate and enable the Header and navigation refresh setting.
