We are announcing the ability to track key moments and insights in the Outlook side pane in Microsoft 365 Copilot for Sales. This feature will reach general availability on December 1, 2025.
How does this affect me?
With this feature, the Customer communication card in the Outlook side pane will present data gathered from multiple sources into a unified view. This card shows AI-generated summaries and insights for key moments, such as emails and meetings, without the need for them to be saved beforehand.
The Customer communication card requires a Microsoft Copilot for Sales license and is available for both Dynamics 365 and Salesforce CRM users.
What action do I need to take?
This message is for awareness and no action is required.
