We are announcing enhanced site visibility governance for the non-production sites in Power Pages. This feature will reach general availability on December 26, 2025.
How does this affect me?
This feature prevents accidental exposure of non-production sites by ensuring that sites in test/sandbox environments cannot be made publicly accessible without admin oversight.
When a maker attempts to change a non-production site visibility to Public, the system will:
- Block the action based on the governance policy configured in Power Platform admin center.
- Create a notification message in Power Pages Studio.
- Allowing admins to enable/disable this governance control at the environment level with site level exception.
- Giving insights and recommendations related to site visibility in Action Center.
This message is for awareness, and no action is required.
If you would like more information on this feature, please visit the Enhance governance for non-production site visibility article.
