We are announcing the ability to automate PowerPoint presentations in desktop flows in Power Automate. This feature will be available in public preview on July 31, 2026.

How does this affect me?
With this feature, users will be able to use Power Automate for desktop actions to interact with PowerPoint files directly within desktop flows. Users will be able to launch PowerPoint, create and update presentations by adding slides, and save changes as part of automated workflows. This will allow presentation creation and editing to be included in end-to-end automation scenarios, reducing manual steps and helping maintain consistency across presentations.
