Assessment Reasoning
This is a planned pre-production deployment with automatic updates applied to non-production environments. Admin impact is moderate as admins should monitor environment behaviour and check any dependencies after restart. User impact is low and indirect because only sandbox and trial sites may briefly be read-only or restarted. No manual action is required, so effort and urgency remain low.
