[What and why]

We’re performing a one-time cleanup of aged pending requests in the All Agents request management experience. This cleanup is intended to remove stale requests that have remained pending for an extended period and help maintain a more current and manageable request queue.

Beginning August 20, 2026, pending requests created before June 1, 2026 will be permanently removed unless they are reviewed and actioned before the cleanup begins.

Requests that have already been approved or rejected are not affected.
