Assessment Reasoning
The update changes rollout timing to late August through mid-September 2026. Admin work is focused on reviewing Brand kit configuration, enabling Enterprise Brand Manager policy, designating brand managers and communicating to affected users, making impact and effort moderate. End users will see a new way to access branded templates in PowerPoint Backstage, but this is not disruptive and existing OAL templates stay available. No urgent mandatory action is required, so urgency remains moderate.
