Assessment Reasoning
This is a new capability for Teams Rooms on Android requiring Teams Rooms Pro licensing. Interpreter is enabled by default at the tenant level, meaning admins may need to review policy settings and communication plans. User impact is moderate as meeting participants gain an optional interpretation feature that may slightly affect workflows. Urgency is moderate because rollout begins in late August 2026, giving time for admins to prepare.
