Assessment Reasoning
This is a new capability for Power Apps allowing canvas apps to toggle between offline and online access to Dataverse. It is an enhancement rather than a mandatory change, so the main impact is awareness. Admins may wish to inform app makers and assess governance, but no immediate action is required. End user experience changes slightly as switching modes supports real-time updates, but disruption is unlikely.
