Assessment Reasoning
The change moves Viva Connections multi-home site management from the Microsoft 365 admin center to the SharePoint admin center, consolidating administration and retiring legacy management concepts. Admins need to update documentation, training materials and processes to reference the new interface. No disruption for end users and no immediate action before rollout, but configuration checks and governance updates after rollout will require moderate planning.
