Microsoft is retiring 161 Microsoft 365 training modules and selected articles from the Microsoft Viva Learning catalog on September 21, 2026.

As part of our ongoing effort to maintain a high-quality learning catalog, outdated and redundant training content is being removed and refreshed. After August 30, 2026, the retired content will no longer be available in Microsoft Viva Learning. Where replacement content is available, updated learning content will be published in the Viva Learning catalog.
