Assessment Reasoning
Calendar sync between Teams and Google Workspace will stop in October 2026, requiring admins to plan alternative workflows. Admins must notify users, retrieve sync data and update integration methods, making this a significant configuration and communication task. End users relying on Google Calendar sync will experience a change in workflow, though the Teams Meeting add-on provides an option. Urgency is moderate as the deadline is around two months away, requiring timely planning and change management.
