Power Apps – Information about a price increase for Power Apps Premium plans effective January 1, 2027

Beginning January 1, 2027, the list prices for the two Power Apps Premium plans will be updated. Each plan will increase by $2.00 USD per user, per month, with comparable pricing in local currencies. No capabilities or entitlements are being removed from Power Apps Premium as part of this change.

How does this affect me?
We have identified that your organization has one or more of the affected subscriptions. Effective January 1, 2027, Power Apps Premium list prices will be updated as follows. The prices shown below are per user, per month, based on annual billing.

The updated prices will apply to new purchases, renewals, and co-terminations with subscription terms beginning on or after January 1, 2027. Current pricing will remain in effect for the remainder of your existing subscription term and will not be changed mid-term.

This change affects only the two listed Power Apps Premium SKUs. Other Power Apps and Power Platform products are not affected. Entitlements included with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 remain unchanged. Eligible nonprofit and education discounts will continue to apply to the updated pricing.

We recommend that licensing, procurement, finance, and Power Platform administrators:
  • Review your renewal and co-termination dates for affected Power Apps Premium subscriptions.
  • Assess the budget impact for purchases or subscription terms beginning on or after January 1, 2027.
