Assessment Reasoning
This expands Brand Kit with the ability to upload reusable skills for Copilot in PowerPoint. Admins need to validate enterprise brand manager roles, create governance, and review licensing and compliance implications, which requires planning and documentation updates. Users gain new Copilot functionality but it only applies when skills are published, so the day-to-day impact for most users is moderate. Rollout is imminent within two weeks, raising urgency for review and preparation.
