We are announcing the ability to move or reassign multiple bookings at once, directly from the schedule board in Dynamics 365 Project Operations. This feature will reach public preview on September 30, 2026.
How does this affect me?
This feature eliminates repetitive, manual edits required during common scenarios such as resource replacement, timeline shifts, scope changes, or schedule realignments. The feature significantly reduces administrative effort and helps you respond quickly to change and manage large teams and complex projects at scale. This feature lets you:
- Select multiple blocks of bookings and bookable resources on the schedule board.
- Move all the selected blocks by the required number of days.
- Reassign multiple bookings to another bookable resource.
- Move and reassign operations directly on the schedule board.
