Assessment Reasoning
The announcement retires the Copilot Studio Teams app in early 2027 and moves all management functions to the web portal. Admins will need to update training, guidance, and internal documentation to direct users to the web app, creating moderate planning and communication work. End users who currently access Copilot Studio in Teams will need to adjust workflows, but disruption remains moderate because an alternative platform is available.
