Assessment Reasoning
Microsoft has confirmed retirement of the Copilot Prioritize feature in Outlook, with rollback beginning 26 October 2026 and ending March 2027. Admins mainly need to communicate the change, update documentation and prepare support, as no configuration work is required. Users of the feature will lose access, creating some workflow and training impact. The update extends previous guidance, so urgency is moderate with clear dates and scope.
