Assessment Reasoning
Draft Mode introduces a safe workspace for Brand Managers to update Microsoft 365 Brand Kits without affecting existing live versions. Admins mainly need to communicate the new capability and adjust internal brand governance, with minimal configuration work. The user interface impact is limited to those managing or reviewing Brand Kits. Since rollout is in progress and no admin action is required, the operational urgency and effort remain moderate.
