Assessment Reasoning
This change extends existing URBAC permission coverage in Defender XDR, allowing analysts with the correct role-based access to view and download additional email alert types. Admins should confirm role assignments and ensure the appropriate permissions are applied. End users are indirectly affected as the change only impacts security operations visibility rather than user workflow. The update is live, requiring security teams to review and validate access settings soon.
