This is a new feature update scheduled for mid to late November 2026. It enhances how shared messages appear and interact in Viva Engage, improving usability but not altering existing workflows. Admins mainly need to inform users and refresh training materials, so the operational load is light. Impact is mostly user experience–focused, with moderate urgency as rollout is imminent.
