v1.0	Identity and access	Added the identityProviderBase resource and associated methods to support configuring an identity provider in an Azure AD and Azure AD B2C tenant. Added the builtInIdentityProvider resource to support configuring an built-in identity provider in an Azure AD tenant. Added the socialIdentityProvider resource to support configuring a social identity provider in an Azure AD and Azure AD B2C tenant. Deprecated the identityProvider resource and related operations and methods to replace it with the new identity provider API.
