v1.0	Identity and access	Added the authenticationProtocol enumeration type. Added the federationConfigurations relationship to the directory resource. Added the externalDomainName resource. Added the samlOrWsFedExternalDomainFederation resource and related methods. Use this resource to federate with an external organization whose identity provider (IdP) supports either the SAML or WS-Fed protocol. Added the samlOrWsFedProvider resource.
