Updated the Outlook contact, event, and message resources to enable change notifications to include resource data when the includeResourceData property of the subscription resource is set to true.
Updated the Outlook contact, event, and message resources to enable change notifications to include resource data when the encryptionCertificate property of the subscription resource is set with a certificate with a public key that enables encrypting and including resource data as part of a change notification.
Updated the Outlook contact, event, and message resources to enable change notifications to include resource data when the encryptionCertificateId property of the subscription is set to allow an app to identify the appropriate certificate to decrypt any resource data in a change notification.
For subscriptions to changes in Outlook contact, event, or message resources that include resource data, the encryptedContent property of changeNotification contains the encrypted data of the changed resource and related information to decrypt it.
For subscriptions to changes in Outlook contact, event, or message resources that include resource data, the resourceData property of changeNotification identifies the changed resource.
