Added the reactionContentUrl property to the chatMessageReaction resource to represent the hosted content URL for a custom reaction in a chatMessage.
Added new tag support to the message body content of the itemBody resource to represent custom emojis in the message body in a chatMessage. This change shows up in the actual content property of the message body when you get a chat message in a channel or chat.
