Added the insights relationship to the lifecycleWorkflowsContainer resource.
Added the insights resource and its associated methods. Insights provide aggregate data about the health and processing of lifecycle workflows in a tenant. They include the number of total, successful, and failed workflow executions, tasks processed, and users processed across all workflows for the tenant for a given period.
