Enabled change notifications support to update a subscription for user-scoped chat notifications. Enabled change notifications support to get or list a subscription for user-scoped chat notifications. Enabled change notifications support to create a subscription for user-scoped chat notifications. Enabled change notifications support to reauthorize a subscription for user-scoped chat notifications. Enabled the $notifyOnUserSpecificProperties query parameter when you subscribe either to user-scoped chat notifications or notifications in a particular chat.
