AI prompts setting is available now in the Power Platform admin center (PPAC).
How does this affect me?
Admins can now control AI prompts availability in Power Platform and Copilot Studio for a given environment through PPAC. To access this new feature setting, please follow the below steps in PPAC:
- Select Environments.
- Choose your environment.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Navigate to Product.
- Navigate to Features.
- Adjust the AI prompts feature setting as needed.
The default value is “On.” If you have previously set the Copilot environment setting to “Off,” the AI prompts setting has been deployed to match the value.
Please note that if your tenant admin has already disabled AI prompts at the tenant level, this new feature setting will not be enforced.
What action do I need to take?
AI prompts, that were previously managed through Copilot settings, will now be managed through AI prompts setting in PPAC.
Optionally, if you would like to disable AI prompts across your tenant, please contact Microsoft Support.
This message is for awareness and no action is required.
