Message ID: MC1078680

We are announcing the Review agent activity feature for Microsoft Copilot Studio. This feature allows you to understand your agents’ activities, including the trigger that initiated the run, the actions called by the orchestrator, the inputs and outputs of the actions and the transcripts of each session. This feature will reach general availability on April 30, 2025.

How does this affect me?
This feature allows you to view transcripts of user interactions with agents in the Activity tab of your agent, where sharing has been enabled. This allows makers to understand how the agent is behaving in real world scenarios to effectively debug and improve the agent.

What action do I need to take?
This message is for awareness and no action is required.

The announcement of the Review agent activity feature for Microsoft Copilot Studio is quite exciting and promises to bring significant benefits to both admins and users alike. For admins, the ability to track agent activities, including triggers, actions, inputs, outputs, and session transcripts, is like having a backstage pass to a concert—you get to see all the behind-the-scenes action! This transparency will not only enhance debugging but also empower admins to fine-tune agents for optimal performance. Imagine being able to pinpoint exactly where things might be going awry and making adjustments accordingly.

For users, this feature translates to a more responsive and tailored experience. With insights into agent behavior, improvements can be made that directly address user needs and expectations. It’s akin to having a personal assistant who learns from every interaction, becoming more effective over time. Plus, users will appreciate the added transparency, knowing that their interactions are being analyzed to enhance their experience.

Now, let’s talk impact. While the feature won’t require any immediate action from users or admins, its rollout on April 30, 2025, is likely to be a game changer. The insights gained from this feature could lead to notable advancements in how agents operate, ultimately resulting in a smoother user experience. So, mark your calendars!
