When creating a new Loop workspace, users will be able to choose an existing Microsoft 365 Group to manage the workspace’s lifetime, governance, and compliance, similar to SharePoint Team sites.
[When this will happen:]
General Availability (Worldwide): We will begin rolling out late September 2025 (previously late June) and expect to complete by late October 2025 (previously late July).
[How this will affect your organization:]
Once available, when creating a new Loop workspace, users will be able to choose an existing Microsoft 365 Group to manage the workspace’s lifetime, governance, and compliance, similar to SharePoint Team sites.
[What you need to do to prepare:]
There is nothing you need to do to prepare. These changes will roll to your tenant automatically.
