We are announcing the ability to manage access to public system views using security roles in Power Apps. This feature reached general availability on August 15, 2025.
How does this affect me?
With this feature, admins can manage which system views are shown on table form lists based on a user’s security role assignment.
What action do I need to take?
This message is for awareness and no action is required.
