We are announcing the ability to use the simplified Approvals page in Dynamics 365 Project Operations. This feature will reach general availability on September 30, 2025.

This feature updates the UI experience for approvals in Project Operations. The update shows approvals in a calendar grid, like the time entry creation grid. It highlights the most relevant information so project managers can see which records need their attention.
