What happened Due to an internal reporting issue, some organizations may have seen increased Dataverse Search storage usage during this period. The issue did not affect your data or service availability.
How this may affect you
- Pre-Paid organizations: This usage was only reported and not billed.
- Pay-As-You-Go organization: By October 31, 2025, your storage capacity will be automatically increased to resolve the affected usage. This additional capacity is determined based on the consumption incurred for your organization during the affected period for an equivalent timeframe, which varies by region.
This message is for awareness, and no action is required. By October 31, 2025, your storage will be adjusted automatically, and reporting will reflect accurate usage.
We proactively identified and fixed this issue to ensure billing accuracy and transparency going forward. Your data remains safe and unaffected.
