We are announcing the ability to control evaluation volume with sampling in Dynamics 365 Customer Service. This feature will reach general availability on April 17, 2026.
How does this affect me?
This feature enables you to manage evaluation volume by configuring sampling. The Quality Evaluation Agent evaluation can plan support sampling where users define conditions to identify relevant interactions, then apply sampling rules to limit how many of those interactions are evaluated on each run.
Sampling options include:
- Percentage-based sampling to evaluate a defined number of qualifying interactions.
- Absolute count sampling to cap the total number of interactions evaluated per schedule.
