We are announcing the ability to automate web and desktop apps with computer use in Microsoft Copilot Studio. This feature has reached general availability.
How does this affect me?
This feature enables your agents to interact with any system with a graphical user interface (GUI), such as websites or desktop applications. It performs actions like pressing buttons, selecting menu options, and typing into fields. You describe the task in natural language, and the agent will execute the action on a configured computer with a virtual mouse and keyboard.
What action do I need to take?
This message is for awareness, and no action is required.
If you would like more information on this feature, please visit Automate web and desktop apps with computer use.
