This feature supports faster decision-making and improved standardization across Teams Rooms environments.

What will happen

A new Teams Rooms Builder experience will be available in the Pro Management portal:
Builder provides a visual and guided interface to design meeting rooms (traditional, signature, and flexible spaces).
Admins can:
- Explore room configurations and layout options.
- Select compatible devices and licenses:
- Generate and download a Bill of Materials (BOM).
The feature is enabled by default for tenants with Teams Rooms Pro.
Admins can control visibility and role-based access through existing Pro Management Portal settings, including the option to hide Builder for their tenant.
No changes will be made to existing rooms or device configurations.
Purchasing capabilities are not included (no shopping cart or transaction functionality).
