PowerPoint Live presenters will soon be able to refresh their presentation during a live meeting to load the latest version of the deck without restarting the presentation. This improvement helps presenters stay aligned with last-minute updates and reduces meeting disruption, supporting personal and team productivity by keeping everyone in sync in real time.

- Targeted Release (Worldwide): We will begin rolling out in late May 2026 and expect to complete by late May 2026.
- General Availability (Worldwide): We will begin rolling out in early June 2026 and expect to complete by mid-June 2026.

What will happen:
- Presenters will see a new one‑click option during a PowerPoint Live session to reload the latest saved version of the presentation.
- Selecting the button reloads the latest saved version of the presentation.
- The presentation continues without needing to stop and restart sharing.
- The feature is available by default; no admin configuration is required.
