Cloud Data Fusion

Feature

Cloud Data Fusion version 6.11.1.3 is generally available (GA).

Fixed

Fixed in Cloud Data Fusion 6.11.1.3:

  • Fixed an issue that caused pipeline preview runs to fail with an InaccessibleObjectException when using certain plugins, such as Cloud SQL for PostgreSQL (CDAP-21212).

  • Fixed an issue causing custom plugins to lose their logging context when running in parallel pipeline branches, ensuring consistent log propagation across both linear and parallel branched pipeline executions (CDAP-21245).

  • Fixed critical security vulnerabilities in CDAP (CDAP-21250).

  • Improved the latency of the List pipelines page (CDAP-21244).

  • Fixed an issue causing intermittent service unavailability after instance upgrades (CDAP-21254).

Change

Changes in Cloud Data Fusion 6.11.1.3:

  • Introduced a deployStrategy query parameter in the Deploy Application API to skip the re-deployment of an existing pipeline if its configuration hasn’t changed (CDAP-21246).

Google Cloud Contact Center as a Service

Fixed

This release addresses the following issues:

  • Fixed an issue with Salesforce where virtual agent responses appeared out of order in transcripts.

  • Fixed an issue where the advanced reporting dashboards didn’t load.

  • Fixed an issue where PDF and audio attachments weren’t visible to agents after a chat transfer.

  • Fixed an issue where end-users were incorrectly placed on hold following a cold transfer to a queue.

  • Fixed an issue where MP3 audio files for agent call deflections couldn’t be uploaded.

  • Fixed an issue where agents were automatically logged out due to inactivity while still engaged in active calls or chats.

  • Fixed an issue where a bulk user upload with blank phone number columns caused existing direct inbound phone numbers to become unassigned from agent profiles.

  • Fixed an issue with Salesforce where cases weren’t created when a virtual agent connected to a call.

  • Fixed an issue where agents on teams with transfer restrictions couldn’t transfer chats to agents not assigned to a team.

  • Fixed an issue where agents who weren’t available for chat transfers still appeared in the transfer list, causing transfer attempts to fail.

  • Fixed an issue where the Submit wrap-up button didn’t appear in the call adapter after agents completed outbound calls.

  • Fixed an issue where an agent and caller could still hear each other after the agent placed the caller on hold.

  • Fixed an issue in the agent desktop that occurred after an agent transferred a call to a different queue. The agent desktop layout of the source queue displayed to the receiving agent instead of the layout of the destination queue.

  • Fixed an issue where the reporting for After Call Work (ACW) time was artificially high for calls transferred to a third party.

  • Fixed an issue where overcapacity deflection settings interfered with after-hours deflections, causing calls to be incorrectly queued.

  • Fixed an issue where the inactivity timeout didn’t function as configured.
