We are announcing the ability to engage leads with deeper knowledge by connecting any data source to the Sales Development Agent in Dynamics 365 Sales. This feature will reach public preview on July 1, 2026.
How does this affect me?
With this feature, Sales Development Agent can connect to your most critical knowledge sources to drive automated customer conversations that are grounded in the most accurate information about your leads. By connecting Sales Development Agent with your CRM, Customer Data Platforms, Consent Management System, or other third-party knowledge sources, the agent’s outreach and follow-up with leads will become more personalized, leading to higher response rates.
