We are announcing the ability to enable question-level weighting for quality evaluation scoring in Dynamics 365 Customer Service. This feature will reach general availability on July 17, 2026.
How does this affect me?
This feature introduces the ability for supervisors to define percentage-based weights at the individual question level, allowing evaluation scoring to better reflect the relative importance of each question within a section. Validation enforcement ensures that the total weight of all questions within a section always equals the section weight, maintaining consistency and preventing scoring errors.
What action do I need to take?
This message is for awareness, and no action is required.
