We are announcing the ability to generate a report that gives admins clear visibility into how and when licenses are auto claimed in the Power Platform admin center. This feature will reach public preview on July 7, 2026.
How does this affect me?
A new reporting experience in the Power Platform admin center provides clear insights into Power Platform auto-licensing. Admins can review automatically claimed licenses, understand the triggers behind each action, and ensure licenses are being assigned efficiently. For Managed Environments, the autoclaim process will automatically return unused licenses to the pool after an extended period of inactivity, so they can be reassigned to other users who need them.
What action do I need to take?
This message is for awareness, and no action is required.
