We are announcing the ability to enforce safe sharing by detecting credential oversharing in Copilot Studio. This feature will reach public preview on July 24, 2026.
How does this affect me?
This feature helps organizations reduce security risk by preventing agents and flows from being shared when they rely on unsafe identities, such as maker or system credentials not intended for reuse. This enforcement is applied across the design, publish, and share stages for makers, helping organizations avoid identity leakage and privilege escalation while maintaining maker productivity.
What action do I need to take?
This message is for awareness, and no action is required.
