Assessment Reasoning
The sender domain for Microsoft Forms automated notifications is changing, which impacts mail flow rules, mailbox rules, and filtering policies. Admins must review and update configurations and safe sender lists before rollout in August-September 2026. This requires moderate planning, coordination with security or mail teams, and possible user communication. End user impact is limited to receiving notifications from a new address.
