Assessment Reasoning
Timeline for rollout has shifted by several weeks, reducing immediate urgency but still requiring awareness of the new invite handling. Admin impact is moderate as no configuration is needed, but communication and documentation updates are advisable. Users, especially event organisers and presenters, will see a noticeable change in invite behaviour which may require explanation. Implementation effort stays low since this is an automatic change without setup requirements.
