Assessment Reasoning
The feature rollout is in progress and timeline was revised. Admin impact is low as no policy or configuration changes are required, mostly awareness and communication. User impact is moderate because the new voice-driven interactive Read Aloud experience changes workflows for Copilot users and introduces AI-based interaction. Urgency is moderate since rollout is active but admin action is not mandatory. Implementation effort is minimal beyond updating user communications and documentation.
