📢 Official Microsoft Message Center Announcement
Sales in Microsoft 365 Copilot-Add Microsoft 365 Graph grounding for emails, meetings, chats as knowledge to Sales agent
Message ID: MC1440798
We are announcing the ability to add Microsoft 365 Graph grounding for emails, meetings, and chats as knowledge to Sales agent in Sales in Microsoft 365 Copilot. This feature will reach general availability on August 1, 2026.
How does this affect me? With this feature, Sales Chat securely accesses and extracts insights from Outlook emails, Teams meetings, Teams chat messages, and People from Microsoft 365 Graph data, summarizing insights across data sources to give a complete picture of customer interactions across Graph and CRM data.
This feature respects data access permissions, ensuring users only see information from emails, meetings, and chats they have access to. Users can ask specific questions related to recent communications, and Sales Chat provides responses with relevant insights from multiple sources.
What action do I need to take?
