Assessment Reasoning
Timeline shifted by a few weeks affects scheduling awareness but no technical changes are needed. The update mainly introduces a new optional feed in Viva Engage Home with no admin configuration required. Admin work is limited to communication, documentation updates and supporting questions. End users will see noticeable UI changes with a new feed option, but this is an enhancement rather than a disruption.
