Assessment Reasoning
This update adds multilingual support to evaluations and coaching features in Dynamics 365 Contact Center. It mainly improves localisation for admins and agents but requires no configuration or immediate action. Admin impact is minimal because the change is automatic, while user impact is moderate as agent-facing nudges will now appear in the conversation’s language. Urgency remains low as the rollout is informational and does not require prep work.
