Scheduled Prompts in Microsoft 365 Copilot allows users to automate recurring Copilot requests, such as daily summaries, recurring reports, and reminders.
To better align with Microsoft 365 platform governance and compliance requirements, Scheduled Prompts will move from the Optional Connected Experiences policy framework to the Microsoft 365 Connected Experiences framework.
This change does not affect how users create, edit, or use Scheduled Prompts. Existing scheduled prompts will continue to run as expected.

Organizations that currently use the Optional Connected Experiences setting to restrict access to Scheduled Prompts should review how the feature will be governed after rollout and evaluate whether their governance and compliance requirements will continue to be met.
